Growing petitions attempt to change traditional Halloween celebrations
ORLANDO, Fla. - Halloween used to be a kids holiday where you got a bucket, pail, plastic pumpkin or a bedsheet and you scoured your neighborhood, going door-to-door trying to fill whatever container you had with the most amount of candy you could before your mom or dad yelled your name and you had to run for home.
But now, in our hustling, bustling world of quick decision-making and a desperate need to control things, we have come up with ways to cloud even this perfectly ghoulish holiday.
There are petitions to move the holiday, to add an extra day off from the holiday to recover and even age bans.
We take a look at what is really putting the horror in Halloween and ask your neighbors if all this extra stuff is enough to make you scream.
