Grandma of 6-year-old arrested says more needs to be done

ORANGE CITY, Fla. (FOX 35 ORLANDO) - The grandmother of a 6-year-old girl who was arrested by an Orlando police officer at school is speaking out.

She says the department's policy change is a step in the right direction, but more needs to be done to prevent something like this from happening again.
