FWC traps alligator that snagged woman's arm

Trappers with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission have located and captured an alligator believed to have attacked a woman on Friday.

Authorities said the woman was wading in waist-deep water in the Econlockhatchee River at the Little Big Econ State Forest, when she received a non life-threatening bite on her arm.  She was transported to the hospital for treatment.   The alligator was measured at 10 feet, 8 inches in length.
