4 shark attacks in a week in Volusia County

In less than a week, Volusia County has experienced four shark attacks, with incidents reported in New Smyrna Beach, Ponce Inlet, and, most recently, Daytona Beach Shores. Two people were bitten at New Smyrna Beach, and another was attacked in Ponce Inlet. On Wednesday, a 14-year-old boy visiting from Missouri was bitten on his foot while at Daytona Beach Shores.
