An Orlando robbery suspect accused of beating an elderly woman is in jail tonight, and police said it's not the first time he's done something like this.
KISSIMMEE, Fla. - Police said they have arrested a Florida man on multiple charges related to a shooting that took place in the early morning hours of New Year's Day.
Officials said they arrested Marcus Julio Rivera on charges including attempted 1st degree murder with a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and discharging a firearm in public or on residential property.
Reports show the victim in the shooting survived the attack after being transported to the hospital and being treated for multiple gunshot wounds.

The Kissimmee Police Department said a person arrived at a local hospital with multiple gunshot wounds around 1:57 a.m. on Jan. 1.
Through an investigation, officials determined the suspect who had shot the man was Rivera.

Reports show Rivera now sits in the Osceola County Jail.
