DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - This year marks the 15th anniversary of September 11, and preparations to honor the victims have already begun.
Nearly 3,000 flags were placed at Daytona Memorial Park on Sunday to remember each victim who lost their life.
