FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. - Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly said the shooting deaths of two teenagers in Bunnell, Florida in January and May are believed to be connected. Sheriff Staly made the remarks while announcing the reward for info in the January death of Noah Smith, 16, which was increased to $15,000.
Sheriff Staly said it was believed that the shooting death of Smith, who died in January, was connected to the recent shooting death of Keymarion, who was also 16. However, he did not go into detail about how the two were connected, citing the ongoing investigation.
"Now it's time for anyone who has information to do their part. We know who did it – and so do you. We need your information to make a rock-solid case to the state attorney," the sheriff said. The previous reward amount was $10,000.
Few details have been released in Smith's death. Hall died May 4 after he and another person were shot near the intersection of South Pine Street and East Booe Street.
The other person survived the shooting. His name has not been released.

Sheriff Staly said he hopes the increase in money will help people who know information about Smith's case to come forward. People have to contact Crime Stoppers at 888-277-TIPS (8477) and can remain anonymous.
He also announced the arrest of Terrell Sampson, 18, who was booked on an unrelated delinquent weapons possession charge. However, Sheriff Staly alleged Sampson is connected to Smith's case, though he did not elaborate.
