FHP: 2 children killed, 3 injured after bad vehicle accident in Lake County

LAKE COUNTY, Fla. - Florida Highway Patrol reported a fatal crash that occurred in Lake County Saturday afternoon.
Troopers say the two-vehicle crash occurred on State Road 46 and Bearpond Access Road at Wekiva.
FHP confirmed two fatalities, one patient was air-flown, and two trauma patients.
According to the release, the roadway was closed for a few hours for the investigation.
