Deputies: Man arrested after leaving dog in car

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - A dog was spotted in a hot and sweltering truck in an Orange County parking lot.  

Deputies arrested a 68-year-old man on an animal cruelty charge. Orange County Animal Services issued a citation for neglect and confiscated the mixed-breed dog, Sam, which was in stable condition as of late Tuesday afternoon.
