MARION COUNTY, Fla. (FOX 35 ORLANDO) - The Marion County Sheriff's Office is investigating a homicide at a horse farm after a man was found shot dead.
Deputies said they were called to the Classic Mile Park Training Center at 13750 West Highway 40 in Ocala just after midnight on Thursday.
According to deputies, an employee who was checking on the horses found a Hispanic male on the ground outside of a barn with gunshot wounds.
Forensic technicians and the Medical Examiner were also called to the scene.
