Deltona resident turns 109-years-old
DELTONA, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Ada Avila is celebrating her 109th birthday this week in Lake Mary.
Avila was born in Ecuador and moved to New York in 1955 with her family. She now lives in Deltona with her daughter.
Avila has never been hospitalized and gave birth to eight children at home.
Family is coming from all over the county comes each year celebrate her birthday ever since she turned 100.
