Deltona CVS armed robbery suspect arrested after threatening pharmacist with note for narcotics, deputies say

DELTONA, Fla. - A man has been arrested after he admitted to robbing a CVS Pharmacy in Deltona, according to the Volusia Sheriff's Office.
Thomas Mues, 23, of Jacksonville was arrested Friday after he allegedly committed a similar armed robbery at a CVS Pharmacy in Orlando, deputies said.

The man handed a note to a pharmacist at the store on Providence Boulevard that said, "This is an armed robbery … I will shoot," deputies said on Facebook. The note also included a list of narcotics the man requested, which were provided in a brown paper bag.

He remains in custody at the Orange County Jail. He was charged with armed robbery, trafficking in hydrocodone, trafficking in oxycodone and trafficking in amphetamines.
