Child left in hot car, mother arrested for child neglect

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla.(FOX 35 WOFL) - An Orange County mother is being charged with child neglect after a good samaritan found a child locked inside a car.

It happened outside the Juvenile Detention Center.

A witness was able to talk the child into unlocking the door.
