ATLANTA - Atlanta Police arrested a carjacking suspect shortly after the crime thanks to a tracking device on a phone that was still in the vehicle.
Police said the victim was in his car near Lenox and Canter roads when Ricardo Rosario flagged him down, pointed a gun at his face, and took off with his car and phone.
According to police, the victim was able to log into an online account and track the phone.
Then police were able to use that information to locate Rosario and arrest him outside a gas station in Dekalb County.
