SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. (FOX 35 ORLANDO) - Seven children and three adults have been taken to the hospital after a fire broke out at a mobile home in Seminole County, according to Seminole County Fire Rescue.
The fire reportedly broke out around 6:50 a.m. Tuesday morning at the Mobile Manor mobile home park in Altamonte Springs on Alma Drive. One of the adults injured was a neighbor who helped the family escape the fire.
Firefighters arrived on the scene to extinguish the blaze.
Sharon Gregory with Seminole County Fire Rescue said the 7 children were taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital. She said two of the kids were brought in as trauma alerts. Others are being treated for burns and smoke inhalation.
The conditions of the patients are unknown.
