3 workers injured in industrial accident on I-4

ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 Orlando) - Orlando police responded to an industrial accident on Interstate 4. Police say three workers were injured while pouring cement.  It happened on the on-ramp to I-4 eastbound at Amelia Street.

Florida Department of Transportation Communications Manager Steve Olson released this statement: "The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has been alerted to an incident in downtown Orlando involving the reported injury to workers on the I-4 Ultimate project. The department is in contact with the contactor, SGL."
