Missing Marion County 16-year-old girl found safe
MARION COUNTY, Fla. - UPDATE: Cali Avera has been located and she is safe.
EARLIER: The Marion County Sheriff's Office is asking the public for help in locating 16-year-old Cali Avera.
Officers say Cali last was seen around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Cactus Jack's Trail Ride.

Cali left the location on foot shortly after arriving with her family and was last seen near the Quail Run subdivision, officials report.
Police say Cali last was seen wearing a brown T-shirt with butterflies, gray sweatpants and white Crocs.

Due to a history of self-harm and concerning statements, law enforcement and Cali's family are concerned for her well-being, police say.
Officers are asking the public for help in locating Cali. Those who have information should call 911.
