Fire Rescue: 1 dead, 1 injured after crash in front of Central Florida Zoo

SANFORD, Fla. - Seminole County Fire Rescue officials said one person died after a crash in front of the Central Florida Zoo in Sanford on Sunday.

Officials said one person was taken to the hospital as a trauma alert.

The crash shut down down West Seminole Boulevard in both directions near the zoo at the time.
