Competency hearing ordered for mom accused of killing daughter

A Florida judge has ordered a competency hearing for a mom accused of killing her 14-year-old daughter. Kelsey Glover did not appear in court on Monday, however, her attorneys did and said that she was unfit to stand trial. Glover is accused of withholding insulin from her daughter for days, locking her inside a bedroom with music to drown out her screams, and then holding her head under water in the bathtub, ultimately drowning her, according to the arrest report.
