Boat flips over in Titusville amid Helene; 1 rescued

Titusville Fire Department said one person was rescued Thursday after a boat flipped over while on the water as Hurricane Helene headed up Florida's Gulf Coast. The two people in the boat were able to flip it upright. Neither were seriously hurt.
