Though no one won the jackpot prize in Tuesday night's Mega Millions drawing, one person in the Sunshine State has a reason to celebrate.

A lucky lottery ticket worth $5 million was sold in Florida, according to the Mega Millions' website.

The winning ticket was a quick pick that was purchased at A Publix located at 6760 W Gulf to Lake Highway in Crystal River.

MORE LOTTERY NEWS:

Lottery officials said the winning ticket matched five of the numbers from Tuesday's drawing for the game's second-tier prize.

The winning numbers were 12, 14, 26, 48, 52, and 21.

Normally, the second-tier prize for Mega Millions is $1 million. The ticket sold in Florida, however, was worth $5 million because it included the optional Megaplier, which is available for an extra $1 purchase, and on Tuesday it was 5 times the prize amount, officials said.

When is the next Mega Millions drawing?

The next Mega Millions drawing is set for Friday, Dec. 13 at 11 p.m. ET. The estimated jackpot is $670 million, which has a cash option of $317.8 million.

While Friday the 13th may seem unlucky to many, according to the Mega Millions' website, the jackpot was won at least seven times on that day.
