ORLANDO, Fla. - A vehicle engulfed in flames was spotted early Monday morning on Interstate 4 (I-4) in Orlando.
The incident was near exit 74B to Universal Blvd., according to Department of Transportation (DOT) cameras, which captured video of the scene.
