Country Thunder Florida moves to Tampa in 2025
Country Thunder Florida will hit the road in 2025 – and move to Tampa. Organizers announced that the four-day music festival would be held May 2-4, 2025, at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, and would feature country singers Riley Green, Blake Shelton, and Jelly Roll as the headliners.
Country Thunder Florida had to cancel its 2024 music festival after Hurricane Milton swept across the state and soaked the Osceola County venue where it was to be held.
Organizers have since announced that the 2025 music festival will permanently move to Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. That festival will feature Riley Green, Black Shelton, and Jelly Roll.
For those who purchased tickets to the 2024 festival, organizers said they began processing refunds weeks ago and that they're almost completed with that process, but acknowledged that there are people who have not received their refunds – nearly two months after the festival was canceled.
Organizers said it is a details and thorough process.
A few people reached out to FOX 35 concerned about their refund. FOX 35 reached out to Country Thunder Florida for an update – and received a lengthy statement, which was also shared on the festival's social media accounts.

Refunds for Country Thunder Florida 2024 began processing several weeks ago, and we’re happy to share that we are now close to completing the process. To those fans who have not yet received a refund, we ask that you continue to be patient as we work through this process
This is a detailed and time-consuming effort, as each order must be manually verified to ensure accuracy before refunds can be issued. Additionally we have to verify payment methods and examine all chargebacks initiated by fans through their credit card companies. We feel confident that we will complete the process in the next 14 days and all tickets will be refunded no later than December 26th.
